Vážení a milí,
Takže pouze krátká info k úvaze o pestrosti obsahu bedýnek - průběh letošní zimy či jara je opravdu těžko srovnatelný s loňským rokem, ať vezmeme v úvahu, do kdy mrzlo, průběh jarních teplot, množství srážek atd. To vše se promítlo a ještě, bohužel, promítne do zrání jednotlivých odrůd ovoce i zeleniny. Jako příklad jsem minulý týden uváděl rané meruňky - dovezl jsem 3 odrůdy, které za normálních okolností dozrávají po sobě s rozdílem min. 3 dnů, spíše však 4 - 5 dnů. Současné teplotní rekordy však provedly takovéto změny. Navíc na pondělí předběžně přislíbené rané broskve už dozrály na konci minulého týdne. Obdobné je to i u zeleniny - loni byla touto dobou mrkev již volně, zatímco letos je ještě ve svazcích, avšak např. brokolka přezrává rychle do květu. Ruku v ruce s tím jde logicky i cenová úroveň.
Naší prioritou byla i v době dávno minulé, kdy jsme pro Vás bedýnky ještě nedělali, vždy kvalita, rannost, sortiment, adekvátní cena a další související aspekty, např. spokojenost zákazníků - tomu jsme se podřizovali. Můžete být jisti, že se snažíme i nadále.
Co by předběžně mělo být v bedýnce: dnešní odpoledne jsem v podstatě protelefonoval, abych se pokusil zajistit náhradu za slíbené rané broskve, ale asi se mi to nepodaří. Měl bych však znovu dovézt meruňky - velké Gold Riche, v což jsem ani nedoufal, neboť nebyly ve větším množství ani vloni. Dále by to měl být kopr, rajčátka (děsí mne 19% nárůst ceny, neboť je jich málo), paprika, květák (brokolka z výše uvedených důvodů nebude), kedluben, mrkev sv., celer s natí a tykev. Jak vždy říkám, když se vše podaří.
To je dnes asi vše, snad jsem na nic nezapoměl a pokud ano, omlouvám se.
